Pricing
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website, whether in Foreign Currency or Indian Rupees represents the full price of the product and international shipping charges, unless specified otherwise in the Shipping Fees.
With respect to items sold on "www.urvashikaur.com", we charge your credit card before your order has entered the shipping process. For any reason if we are not able to ship you products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available. Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:
- If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
The prices displayed on this site are quoted in Indian Rupees which you can view in your preferred currency using the currency converter link. This currency converter is only indicative and a value added tool. The actual amount to be paid by you will be the equivalent amount in the currency of your credit card, as per the conversions done by your bank / credit card provider on the date of billing.
Shipping
All domestic shipping (across India) is free. For international shipping, a small shipping fee of Rs. 2500 is levied across all orders.
All orders are shipped from our studio in New Delhi through registered courier companies.
Once you place an order with us, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. Domestic orders are shipped within 10-15 working days and International orders may differ according to the location of delivery. Most deliveries are fulfilled within 2-3 days working with reliable delivery partners pan-India.
*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
Duties and Taxes for International Orders
Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.
Returns and Exchanges
At Urvashi Kaur, all items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before being shipped to our customers. Since most of our garments are crafted in handwoven fabrics, with hand-dyeing and hand-done craft techniques, minor irregularities in the garments are the unique touch that comes with human-made products.
A product once bought cannot be returned or cancelled. We have also made every effort to ensure that the colours of our products appear accurately on our website. However, with screens being different for different computers, mobiles and tablets, there might be a slight variation in colour.
Your purchase is eligible for an exchange only if it meets the following conditions :
- Incorrect size :
We can exchange an item if the garment delivered to you is not of the right size in which case, it is eligible for a size exchange only, in the same piece.
- Manufacturing defect :
If there is a product defect with your garment or an incorrect garment, not matching the item in your confirmation email is delivered to you, your item will be exchanged.
- Incorrect/Incomplete Shipping Address :
If you feel that you have given us the wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order with the correct address of delivery and your order number. We are unable to offer refunds if the address provided by you is incorrect or incomplete, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner.
If your garment meets the above criteria for exchange, please email us on info@urvashikaur.com with your order number and specifications for the exchange request, sharing images in case of a defective or incorrect piece. Please ensure that the product you return is unused with the original tags in place.
Once your return is received and after running a quality check of the returned item and on approval of any manufacturing defect, our team will reach out to you and contact you to resolve your issue.
