GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
It is advisable to dry clean or gently hand wash garments separately in cold water. Hang to dry in shade and avoid exposure to direct sunlight as it could lead to variation in colour.
COLOUR VARIATIONS & IMPERFECTIONS:
Our products are handwoven and handmade in India with love. The variations in colour and texture are a testament to their hand-crafted origin and we celebrate their unique aesthetic. A characteristic of handloom, colour bleeding is normal in naturally dyed garments in the initial washes after which the colours stabilise. The fading and bleeding of the natural dyes result in graceful shades with the passage of time.
PLEATED GARMENTS:
Dry clean only, please do not wash. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight for an extended period of time. To store, keep them in a hanging position instead of folding. If folded during travel, please hang for a couple of hours to release temporary fold lines. Avoid steam ironing, fold the pleats in the original position and flat iron to create crisp folds.
CRUSHED GARMENTS:
Gentle hand wash or dry clean. Do not flat iron or steam. Loosely wring when damp and hang dry in shade.
ALL SILKS:
Dry clean only. Store the garment in a muslin cloth away from sunlight in a dry environment. Air the textile once every few months.
